Cancellation and Refunds:
At Cupcake Creations, we take pride in delivering the finest cupcakes with care. Due to the nature of our freshly baked, perishable goods, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery.

Returns and Refunds:
Perishable delights like our cupcakes cannot be returned once they've left our bakery. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you believe there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same delectable condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original, mouthwatering packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable, but we're happy to assist you with any cupcake-related concerns.

Completing Your Return:
For a smooth return process, kindly provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your inquiry.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive your returned items and ensure they're in pristine condition, we'll send you an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method, bringing a smile to your taste buds within a reasonable timeframe.

If the sweet scent of your refund hasn't wafted into your bank account yet, don't fret. Begin by checking your bank account, then reach out to your credit card company. Sometimes, these processes take a little extra time to make your day sweeter. If patience doesn't pay off, contact your bank for further assistance.
